Garri Dadyan (b. 1952, Baku, USSR) is a master artist and designer whose work is defined by extraordinary craftsmanship, historical influence, and original artistic vision. Working at the intersection of fine craftsmanship and artistic design, he creates one-of-a-kind handcrafted works distinguished by precision, detail, and timeless character.

Formally trained in the Soviet academic tradition, Dadyan became a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR in 1980 and the UNESCO Artists’ Union in 1993, reflecting international recognition of his artistic mastery. Throughout his career, he has participated in major exhibitions and collaborated with leading institutions and companies both in the former USSR and the United States.

Since relocating to the United States in 1997, Dadyan has continued to refine and expand his artistic practice through decades of dedicated craftsmanship and innovation. His works are held in museum and private collections worldwide, including the History Museum of Azerbaijan, and have been exhibited in the United States at institutions such as Bellevue Arts Museum.

Each work is conceived as a singular artistic creation and executed entirely by hand using traditional techniques such as carving, casting, engraving, and chasing. Rejecting industrial production and digital modeling, Dadyan approaches every piece with an uncompromising commitment to artistry, material mastery, and detail.
